Family "roles"

There's nothing that brings people together like the holidays. This is not always a positive experience, especially when our families get together.
The homework is to simply feel into what it is to be in the presence of your family. Feel into your "role", do you like it? is it draining? is it awesome? just feel who you are when you are with the family that you grew up with. Our growth will come long after we move out... but what is it that we take with us? what is it that we are growing from? growing toward? How influential were/ are these connections in your cutting edge life experience?
Peace,
Brian

I do agree with your statement that holidays are the best way of bringing two family members closer in order to share their special feelings with each others. You are doing every thing in perfect manner and definitely my batter half is considering it like Eiffle tower.

The Yoga Blog is a little bit of everything from homework (things to ponder/ practice), my personal practice at any given time, and things that I feel are relevant to the life of a modern yogi.
