This is your homework; explore your disconnect to the voices inside. Start on your yoga mat and when you are pushing your body into pain and come to the realization that it is happening and you don't do something about it, go in and ask yourself what gives.
Then look at the relationships in your life, where are you in pain/ giving away power and what signs are you going against coming from your inner guidance system that are telling you that something needs addressed. Then the next step... why?
